Another week has gone by, Argh - - I have been a complete slacker, sorry about that. I told you in my last post that I was home – I missed Friday Monday and Tuesday of work and I’m still playing catch up. Initially I didn’t want to go into the weekend sans a little somethin’ somethin’ - - lo ciento- - Have any of you taken note of the mass amounts of silver gold and metallic-y shoes out this summer?
What do you think of the looks? What do you think of all the shimmer? I love it! It makes me smile! It instantly cheers me up! I love shimmer, lurve lurve lurve it. EXCEPT, when it comes to nail polish - matte only - always & forever!
One of the early steps in wedding planning is choosing your color palette. Todays trend setting wedding palettes include soft warm shades of pinks, yellows, grays, blues, and greens. Having set our date for October end the above colors did not appeal to me. I thought about colors Goose likes, colors I like, colors that are around our home etc… When I laid eyes on the ad mentioned here I knew straight away our palette was not gonna include the trend setting colors mentioned above. Our palette is full of warmth that’s for sure, it’s also full of shimmer shimmer and more shimmer.
I’m off in my shimmer shoes…Happy Monday =)
