Yesterday I wrote about one of my most favorite moments of my wedding day. Today, I am gonna share my most favorite detail of our wedding day - our flowers.
Our flowers, man oh man were they magical. You couldn’t look at them and not say something. I can’t even describe their magic, let me show you…
First, my bouquet...I didn't want anything white. I wanted rich eggplants, purples, no reds, and no pinks. I wanted my bouquet to pop against my gown, I didn't want it to blend in to my gown..
Second, the boutonnieres. Goosers boutonniere is the one on the right and it matched my bouquet. The groomsmen's bouts perfectly matched the bridesmaids bouquets...
Third, the bridesmaid bouquets. Oh. My. Gosh. when I saw these I was madly, madly in love and knew that everything at the venue was gonna be perfect!
Fourth, we had a couple of different areas during cocktail hour. One of the areas was called 'the patio' area and that specific area gives the outside feel. The centerpieces that adorned those tables were charming!
Fifth, our centerpieces...
Sixth, the flower feather decor on the upper corners of our Chuppah. We wanted a soft organic feel to our Chuppah, I believe its exactly what we got!

Would you be able to look at our flowers and not say something about their beauty? No, right – I mean you’re totally talking about them now aren’t you!?!?!?
I mentioned waaaay back when, that I didn’t know a lick about flowers. For some reason, along my wedding planning journey I knew I wasn’t gonna change my mind how I was going about doing them. And that was this…I hired a non professional creative artist. Said artist is an esthetician who happens to have special power green fingers and enjoys creating flower magic. She is the artist, not me. I am hiring her bc I don’t know a thing about flowers, remember. Well, if I am hiring someone who knows the ins and outs of flowers I don’t wanna set any boundaries on their vision. So, I didn’t. I handed her my color palette and told her to do whatever it was she wanted to do.
My advice for brides to be - If you don’t know a lot about an area in which you’re gonna hire a vendor, when you hire said vendor, let them know that. Be honest with them. I knew I wanted rich colors. I knew I wanted feathers. That was it, and that’s what I told my florist. Have confidence in your professional team, they’ll deliver!
