Guilty Pleasures Have Changed

Aside from chick lit reads I take great pleasure in spending my money on People, Us Weekly, OK Magazine, and In Touch. I don’t want to miss out on the most current A-List drama. Over the past few months my celebrity drama 411 consumption has dipped to an all time low. In the midst of juicy love triangles between Tiger and Elin or Sandra and Jesse (my heart does break for those beauties) I am getting married and I do not want to read marriage drama of any kind – PERIOD.

To help keep my brain filled with stimulating bs I have turned to reality television. Oh yeah!!! I have found a deep love for Jersylicious, Kamora: Life in the Fab Lane, Kell on Earth, anything involving the Kardashians, Giuliana & Bill,  and The Housewives of any city.

Are these shows completely ridiculous – Yes. Do they rot my brain – Yes. And even though these shows are terrible, they don’t make me sad. They don’t make me think about getting hurt. They simply offer a different form of entertainment and that works for me!
