Our Funny Chosen Men

Goose and I have been talking about the duds for our chosen men.  This past weekend we came to a final decision and today I emailed our chose men with their dud details…The correspondences have been super hysterical that I just had to share…

My 1st Email - - 

Wasssuuuuup men!!!  I hope you all had a fab weekend and your Monday’s are off to a great start.   I am writing this email b/c it’s about all things fashion - truth be told if Andrew wrote it and messed up I would be one mad gal!  I admit, I sweat the small stuff :) I am going to start at the top and work my way down – oh that doesn’t sound too good, haahaahaa I am laughing – at myself! 

1. Head - no ball caps
   
2. Shoulders - up and back, no slouching
   
3. Knees - off the ground
   
4. Toes - pointed

Now that we just warmed up I'm ready to truly begin.

1. Shoes - when you have a moment pls purchase yourself these lovely zapatos. Black leather Converse. I don't believe anyone wears larger than a 13. If you do, my you have large feet which also means...Never mind!
2. Suit - Black. We're trying to keep this easy on your wallets, hoping you own a black suit.
3. Shirt - white collared button down long sleeve shirt that permits a tie.
4. Tie - Andrew and I are fine tuning this decision
5. Socks - whatever keeps your feet comfy in your converse kicks
6. Undergarments - Anything from tighty whities to commando.

If you have questions of any kind please don't hesitate letting me know. I know this can be very stressful. Your 'getup' will bring out your eyes and you will all look dapper.

Thank you for the tips. I'm working on my posture in anticipation of the ceremony. I'll get leather converse as long as no one shares their preferred underwear type.

Not to speak out of turn, MAH - it is your wedding, after all - but I was thinking the groomsmen should coordinate on undergarments.  I've lined up a volume discount on licorice thongs.

CM #3 I heart you!! You beat me - I couldn't get my wholesaler to phone me back re: additional thong flavors. The only flavor in my catalog is chocolate strawberry and that's not what I am going for. Licorice is perfect =) I'm glad we're on the same page.

(CM#5 and CM#6 are working their butts off and couldn't be interrupted. They're funny dudes too.)

I hope our comical banter has made you laugh. Goose and I just got off the phone and we couldn't stop talking about how lucky we are to have these chosen men stand with us on our special day. 

Friends and loved ones are supposed to make you laugh and ease stresses. Thats just what these chosen men did for the both of us today - - We can't wait to have you guys help us bring on the laughs for our special day.
